Wachovia Small Business Capital is a shared trade name in most states under which two affiliated Wachovia Corporation companies, Wachovia SBA Lending, Inc. ("WSBA") and Wachovia Commercial Mortgage, Inc. ("WCMI"), provide certain lending services.
