Institutional Shares
When referring to the Evergreen Funds, a class of shares used by fiduciary, agency and custody accounts serviced by the trust area. Also called Y shares. Unlike A and B shares offered by the Retail Bank, there are no sales charges or 12b-1 fees associated with Y shares. There is an investment advisory fee and other charges collected for all Evergreen Funds.
