Only Wachovia approved scanners can be used with Online Deposits. The following is a list of Wachovia approved scanners that are compatible with the Online Deposits service:
* Wachovia will only provide troubleshooting assistance for Digital Check scanners. If you choose to use another scanner type, you must contact the manufacturer for problem resolution. The Digital Check scanners can be purchased or leased by visiting Wachovia's preferred provider.
