CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS(ES)
If you are an Online Services customer you can change your electronic address(es) easily online, as follows:
- From the wachovia.com home page, enter your User ID and Password to log into Online Banking.
- Select the Customer Service tab.
- Click Change Email Address under the My Profile section.
- Select the email address you would like to change by clicking on Edit. Or you may click on Delete to remove the email address from your list of email addresses.
- Enter the new email address, indicate if it is your primary address, and select which format you would like to receive email.
- Click Next.
- You will be presented with a verification page so you may review your changes. If the changes are correct, click Submit.
