CHANGE PASSWORD

Do you want to select a new Password? No problem. Online Services customers can change their online access codes quickly and easily online. To change your Password, log in  to Online Services on the wachovia.com home page. From the My Accounts page, select Change Password in the Customer Service box on the right-hand side of the page.

If you are going to change your Password, here are some tips you may find helpful:

• Your Password must be seven (7) to 20 characters.
• It must include at least one letter and one number, and no spaces.
• It will be case sensitive.
• It may contain any special character (such as: $,@, %), except for a semi-colon (;).
• Your Password cannot be the same as your User ID.
