ONLINE DEPOSITS

Online Deposits is an affordable fee-based1 service that allows you to scan paper checks from your desktop and electronically send the images to Wachovia for deposit through the Internet. This service is only available through Wachovia Business Online.

 Enjoy the benefits of Online Deposits1:

  • Saves time – Eliminates the need to make a trip to the branch to make a deposit.
  • Convenient – Deposits can be submitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and deposits received by 8:00pm ET are processed the same business day.
  • Easy to use – Just scan your checks, balance your deposit, and click Submit.

How Online Deposits works:

  • Amount recognition technology automatically captures check amounts as they are scanned.
  • Duplicate detection technology notifies users of potential duplicates.
  • Online Deposits tabulates and compares the total of scanned checks to the total deposit amount entered by the user. 2

Is Online Deposits right for your business?

Minimum Requirements

  • Wachovia Business Online
  • Wachovia Approved Check Scanner (purchase or lease option available)
  • An internet connection with Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher3
  • Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP Operating System with 512MB RAM
