For Employers
Evergreen Connect k’s integrated solution helps employers manage all aspects of plan interaction and communication. Employers can access a wide range of features by logging onto our encrypted Web site through a secure, password-protected interface.
- Account snapshots – View plan-level account balances and fund account balances, as well as employee account information.
- Census management – All employee information can be viewed and edited online, and information can be amended to reflect changes.
- Plan disclosures – All requisite plan disclosures can be viewed online
- Deferral tracking – All employee enrollment information is automatically captured and updated, which means no more missing forms or mistyped data.
- Payroll integration – Payroll can be easily integrated into Evergreen Connect k through manual, online entry or by simply uploading information into the system from your payroll software.
- Quarterly and annual statements online – You have access to statements for both the trust account and individual participants’ accounts. Statements are available for the previous quarter and year. You can print statements for all active participants or save the file electronically.
- Compliance testing – An easy way to complete information gathering online, you can also receive immediate feedback with regard to compliance testing results and options for the corrective measures that must be taken.
- Quarterly reports – Track different metrics, such as participation rate analysis. You can print a PDF version – not just a screen shot – for your convenience.
For Employees
Employees can also manage their Connect k accounts online through a secure, password-protected interface.
- Account snapshots – View individual account balances and fund allocations, as well as individual fund performance and other statistical information.
- Personal Information – View and edit personal information, including phone number, address and beneficiaries.
- Payroll deferrals – Employees can change their deferrals at any time, as well as their allocation of future contributions among the plan’s investment options.
- Investment education – Using our education tool, OnCourseTM, employees can obtain general retirement planning education and fund information online and can change their account allocations at any time without any transaction fees 2. OnCourse has three core modules:
- Participant education – Tutorials regarding general retirement planning, including the effects of information and what to expect from Social Security.
- Develop your strategy – Interactive tools for income needs analysis, risk assessment and determining asset allocation, OnCourse provides three hypothetical model portfolios – for conservative, moderate and aggressive investors – use the asset classes available on the Evergreen Connect k investment platform.
- Planning tools – Online tools to assist with payroll deferral calculations, loan modeling and college planning.
- Loan/distribution – Employees can request loans and/or distributions directly from the Web site. Forms are pre-populated with employee census data and account information, and can be printed and completed by the employee.
- Plan disclosures and forms – All requisite plan disclosures and forms are available online and can be viewed and printed directly for the Web site.
- Online statements (quarterly and annually) – Employees can view the performance and allocation of their investments on our Web site. Employees can print a PDF version – not just a screen shot – for their convenience.
