Move Funds and Make Payments—Quickly and Easily

Moving funds and making payments electronically is easier than ever, using Wire Transfers or the Automated Clearing House (ACH). Both options offer convenient alternatives for timely movement of funds and payment of suppliers, taxes, vendors, and employees, depending upon your need for immediate or next-day settlement of funds

You can transfer funds and make payments electronically using our Internet service options, Wachovia Connection Express or WebACHieve^SM.

Pay Taxes Electronically

Wachovia offers two easy ways for your company to pay its taxes:

• TTAXplus^®, an electronic tax filing and payment service, allows you to easily pay your company's federal and state taxes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Wachovia Connection Express offers you the ability to initiate tax payments through the convenience and ease of the Internet.

Balance and Manage Disbursement Accounts

• With Wachovia's Paid Only Reconcilement service, let us help you balance your business account faster by providing check issue information via data transmission, magnetic tape, or diskette.
• Zero Balance Accounts (ZBA) allow you to link multiple disbursement accounts to your company's master account, giving you efficient, centralized use of available funds. Funds flow is simplified and reports provide a useful audit trail.

View Images of Your Checks & Deposited Items

You can quickly access images of both the front and back of your paid checks, deposit tickets and deposit items that posted to your account through our Wachovia Connection Express or Image CD-ROM services, enabling you to settle payment disputes faster than ever.  As an added feature, Wachovia Connection Express allows you to view items included with your deposits, providing a quick and easy online audit trail.

Guard Your Company Against Fraud

Help protect your company's treasury transactions against fraudulent activity with Wachovia's Basic Positive Pay service.  Basic Positive Pay automatically returns unauthorized checks, preventing these items from posting to your account.
