USER ID AND PASSWORD


To safeguard your information online, we require the following codes to properly identify and authenticate you prior to allowing online access to our Online Banking with BillPay services:

  • User ID - a unique identifier that you establish that identifies who you are while also allowing Wachovia to consolidate access to multiple account or product relationships that you may have with us.
  • Password - another code used to authenticate you.

Please Note: A Customer Access Number (CAN), PIN and Code Word were previously required to login to our Online Banking and Online BillPay services. If you have a CAN, PIN, and Codeword, but not a User ID, please call us at (800) 950-2296 for assistance, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
