There are several ways to view your account balance:
Online—log in to your account using your User ID and Password. Under the Account Information tab, select Account Summary.
Phone—call Participant Account Services (PAS) at (800) 377-9188. The automated service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and PAS Representatives are available between 7:00am and 10:00pm ET, Monday through Friday.
Mail—you will receive quarterly statements that include your account balance and other account information.
In addition, there are three ways to find out how well each investment you selected performed:
Online—log in to your account using your User ID and Password. Under the Fund Information tab, select Fund Performance.
Phone—call the automated Participant Account Services (PAS) line at (800) 377-9188, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Press 4 to hear More Options, Press 1 to hear Fund Information, and Press 3 to hear Fund Performance for all the investment funds offered in the plan including the investments you selected.
Mail—you will receive quarterly statements that provide your personal rate of return, how each your investments performed, and how all the investment options available in your plan performed.
