ACCOUNT BALANCES
There are several ways to view your account balance:
- Online—log in to your account using your User ID and Password. Under the Account Information tab, select Account Summary.
- Phone—call Participant Account Services (PAS) at (800) 377-9188. The automated service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and PAS Representatives are available between 7:00am and 10:00pm ET, Monday through Friday.
- Mail—you will receive quarterly statements that include your account balance and other account information.
In addition, there are three ways to find out how well each investment you selected performed:
- Online—log in to your account using your User ID and Password. Under the Fund Information tab, select Fund Performance.
- Phone—call the automated Participant Account Services (PAS) line at (800) 377-9188, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Press 4 to hear More Options, Press 1 to hear Fund Information, and Press 3 to hear Fund Performance for all the investment funds offered in the plan including the investments you selected.
- Mail—you will receive quarterly statements that provide your personal rate of return, how each your investments performed, and how all the investment options available in your plan performed.
