AUTOMATED TELEPHONE ACCESS
To reach our automated Participant Account Services (PAS) line, dial (800) 377-9188. With your PIN, you can use your touch-tone phone to select from the menu options to access your account balance, loan information, investments, and more. The automated PAS Line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in both English and Spanish. You can also speak with a PAS Representative between 7:00am and 10:00pm ET, Monday through Friday.
If you forget your PIN, you can request a new one via phone or online:
- Phone instructions—call the PAS Line at (800) 377-9188 between 7:00am and 10:00pm ET, Monday through Friday. Press 0 to speak with a PAS Representative, who will ask several security questions to verify your identity and then will help you establish a new PIN.
- Online instructions—the Change VRU PIN section is located under the Personal Information tab. Simply follow the instructions that you find there.
