Forgotten Password/User ID or Locked Out?
If you forget your Password, select the link “Have you forgotten your Password?” at the bottom of the login page. If you forget your User ID, call Participant Account Services (PAS) at (800) 377-9188 between 7:00am and 10:00pm ET, Monday through Friday. Press 0 to speak with a PAS Representative, who will ask several security questions to verify your identity and then will help you with your User ID.
If your account status is changed to “revoked” due to too many failed login attempts, you can use either the forgotten password or forgotten User ID instructions to regain online access.
