Although we cannot provide comprehensive technical support for your QuickBooks software, as a courtesy to Wachovia’s Online Service customers, we have created this support site to help you use your software to access Wachovia Online Services, or resolve issues you may have.

Fees For Business/Non-personal Accounts
Wachovia Business Online access through Quicken^®, QuickBooks^®, Microsoft^® Money:

With a "Custom Business Banking" account the first six months are FREE, then $12.95 per month thereafter.
With all other "Business Banking" accounts the first three months are FREE, then $12.95 per month thereafter.

Fees For Personal Accounts
Online Banking access through Quicken^®, QuickBooks^®, or Microsoft^® Money:

With a "Crown" or "Command Asset Program" account, there is NO CHARGE.
With all other accounts the first three months are FREE, then $5.95 per month thereafter
