Change Mailing Address

[IMAGE: "View Demo"]If you are an Online Services customer you can change your account mailing address easily online, as follows:

  1. From the wachovia.com homepage, enter your User ID and Password to log into Online Banking.
  2. Click the Customer Service tab on the menu above the My Accounts section. The Service Center page will display. On the Service Center page click Change Mailing Address under My Profile.
  3. Enter your new mailing address, home phone number, and work phone number if you have one.
  4. Specify the best time to call you, should we have questions concerning your request.
  5. Provide us with an email address or change your current one.
  6. Click Submit and we will send you an email confirming that the requested changes have been made.

Note:  If you wish to change your mailing address for a specific account(s) instead of all your accounts, or you have an international mailing address change, please call 800-WACHOVIA (800-922-4684) and we will gladly make the change for you.
