You can send a secure message to our Online Services representatives 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To send or view a secure message:
From the wachovia.com home page, enter your User ID and Password to login into Online Banking.
Click the Customer Service tab on the menu above the My Accounts section. The Service Center page will display.
Click Secure Messages on the menu under the Customer Service tab. Your Inbox will be displayed.
Click the Send Message link located on the left side of the page under Secure Email. The Send Message page will display.
You may select a subject, category, and topic for your message. Enter your question or comment and click Send.
An Online Services representative will respond to your message. You will be notified at your email address that you have a secure message from Wachovia and need to login to Online Banking to view it.
