When accessing menus in the Automated Voice Service, you can manually navigate through the menu options, or you can go directly to what you need by using shortcuts.
After entering your account information, use the voice commands in the table below to go directly to what you need at any time during your call.
Note: Not all commands are for every account type. For example, "Payoff" would only apply to loan accounts.
This table shows shortcuts you can use within the Automated Voice Service, and what to say during your call to get you there quickly.
Menu Options
After entering your account information and hearing your balance, select one of the links below to see the available menu options for your account type.
To switch to touch-tone only and deactivate voice, press ** at any time.
To return to the main menu, say "Go Back" or "Main Menu."

If you select the "more choices" option, the system will ask you for the reason of your call. In this case, simply state what you're trying to find. We'll help direct you there if we can, or we will send you to a representative for further assistance.
