Surrender Schedule
The number of years and percentage amount of surrender charges applied to withdrawals from an annuity contract. Surrender charge calculations are based on the year in which the withdrawal is made. The percentage amount is applied to the amount being withdrawn, after any penalty free withdrawal privileges have been subtracted.
