With your new Wachovia credit card with rewards, you are already enrolled in Wachovia Possibilities Rewards^SM, our no-fee rewards program that helps you earn points for every qualifying purchase.⁵ You can combine points earned on all your Wachovia credit and check cards, personal and business, to redeem for rewards even faster.

*Introductory APRs do not apply to purchases or cash advances. Your rate may increase if your account is consistently past due and we can change the account terms, including fees, at any time for any reason. Payments are applied to low APR balances first.

¹ A 0% fixed APR for 12 months from the Account Opening Date ("Account Opening") on balance transfers made at Account Opening or transfers made using the Promotional Convenience Checks that arrive with your Welcome Kit ("Welcome Kit Checks"); thereafter, your variable Standard Purchase Rate applies to any outstanding balance. Promotional rates end 12 months after Account Opening. Welcome Kit Checks must be used within 90 days of Account Opening to receive the promotional rate. Welcome Kit Checks used after 90 days of Account Opening or separately ordered Convenience Checks, will post at your Standard Cash Advance APR. The 0% fixed promotional APR applies only to balance transfers and not to card purchases or cash advances. The fixed promotional rate may increase if your account is consistently past due or you make your monthly payments late.

² After the first waived late fee, each occurrence is $15 for balances up to $99.99; $29 for balances $100-999.99; $39 for balances of $1,000 or more.

³ After the first waived Overlimit Fee, $20 each time the outstanding balance exceeds the Credit Limit during a billing cycle. No more than one Overlimit Fee will be charged in each billing cycle. Visa Signature accounts are not subject to overlimit fees.

⁴ When you link this card to your Wachovia checking account, your Wachovia Credit Card account will not be charged an overdraft fee. The checking account will assess a fee.

⁵ A "Qualifying Purchase" is any signature-based, Internet purchase, phone or mail-order purchase, or bill payment made with an enrolled Wachovia Check Card, Wachovia Credit Card, or both. A Qualifying Purchase does not include a purchase made using a Personal Identification Number, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of money orders or other cash equivalents. Use of Convenience Checks and fees or finance charges do not earn points. Additional restrictions apply.
