Wachovia Fixed-Rate Certificates of Deposit let you select from a wide range of terms and balance tiers to optimize your earnings.

Choose a term ranging from three months to two years, and opening deposits from $1,000 to $100,000 or more.

Automatic Renewal Option

We will notify you when your CD is about to mature. You’ll have seven days after the maturity date to change your term or withdraw your CD funds without penalty. If you choose not to make any changes, your CD automatically renews for the same term at the current interest rate.

Note:  A Wachovia checking account is required to open a Featured CD (not available in all areas).
