REPORT A LOST/STOLEN CARD OR CHECKBOOK

After dialing the Customer Service phone number,use the steps below for instructions on reporting a lost/stolen Check Card, credit card, or checkbook.

  1. At the main menu, say "Lost Card," "Lost Checkbook," or "Report a Lost Card or Checkbook."
  2. Stay on the line to be transferred to a Customer Service Representative who will be available to assist you. 
Touch-tone
  1. At the main menu, press 4 (Business customers should choose option 0).
  2. Stay on the line to be transferred to a Customer Service Representative who will be available to assist you.
