Accessing your account using the Automated Voice Service is safe, secure, and easy. Access your accounts one at a time with your account number, or all of your accounts and additional features using your Customer Access Number. If you do not have a Customer Access Number, press 0 at any time and a Representative will be glad to assist you.

Access with Customer Access Number

Using your Customer Access Number provides quick and easy access to all accounts in your relationship with Wachovia. You'll have the ability to hear all basic account information, plus utilize the following additional Telephone Banking services:

• Transfer Funds
• Receive Statement or Check Copies via Fax
• Change Personal Identification Number (PIN)

To access your account(s) using your Customer Access Number:

1. Enter or say your Customer Access Number.
2. Enter or say your four (4) digit PIN.
3. Choose the account you would like to work with.
4. Say "Switch Accounts" when you're ready to change accounts.
