If you have an escrow account that includes a tax collection, then Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, will be responsible for paying your property tax bills or if your tax bill is delinquent it will be paid and an escrow account will be set up for the life of your loan. You may contact your local tax authority or our office to verify the last tax disbursement. We need tax bills from you in the following situations:
