We mail your year-end Mortgage Interest Statement by January 31 of the following year.

Also, you can view and print an IRS-approved version of your current year-end Mortgage Interest Statement by logging into Online Banking.

If you have paid off your loan, refinanced your loan, or no longer access Online Banking, you can obtain a copy of your statement by calling (800) 642-0257, 9:00am to 9:00pm ET, Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 6:00pm ET on Saturday.

Mail a signed, written request with a check for a $5 processing fee for each year's statement requested. Include your loan number in the request.

World Savings must receive requests for corrections to the Social Security Number, Taxpayer Identification Number, and/or Payer's/Borrower's name no later than the last business day of March, to meet Internal Revenue Service Reporting deadlines.

Name
To change your name on our records, please provide World Savings with a signed, written request and one of the following:

• Copy of a certified Marriage Certificate
• Copy of Court Documents showing legal name change

Social Security Number
To update your Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number, please provide World Savings with a signed, written request and copy of your Social Security card or Taxpayer Identification card. If your Social Security Number has been changed or newly issued, please also provide the original letter from the Social Security Administration confirming the new number.
