ONLINE STATEMENTS

Online Statements are exactly the same as the paper statements you receive in the mail today, only you access them securely through Wachovia Online Banking—for your checking, savings, money market, and mortgage accounts.

Checking, Savings, and Money Market Accounts

Add to the convenience of Online Banking by signing up for free Online Statements, and:

  • Stop receiving paper statements in the mail.1
  • Receive an email notification when your statement is available.
  • Securely view, print, and save up to 16 months of statement history. 2 Statements beyond 16 months can be requested by phone or through the secure Message Center.  

To begin receiving your checking, savings, and money market statements online:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at wachovia.com.
  2. Click the View Paper Statements link on the right side of the "My Accounts" page, and select an account to get started.

Mortgage Accounts

Enjoy the convenience of free Online Statements for your mortgage account, with no enrollment required, and:

  • Continue receiving paper statements in the mail.
  • Receive an email notification when your statement is available.
  • Securely view, print, and save up to 16 months of statement history.2

To access your mortgage statements online:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at wachovia.com.
  2. Click the View Paper Statements link on the right side of the "My Accounts" page, and select an account to get started.

Not enrolled in Online Banking?
Learn more about Online Banking, or enroll now. Once logged in to Online Banking, follow the instructions above to begin viewing your statements online.

1 Any change in your statement delivery option will go into effect by the next statement date. And, if posted checks or images of checks are sent with your paper statement today, then your online statement will include images of these checks. Checks will no longer be returned through the mail.

2 Statements will be presented in PDF format. PDF is a widely used file format that ensures all content will fit neatly on a page if you choose to print it. If you don't already have this software installed, you can download it for free from Adobe's Web site. Get Acrobat Reader now.
