ACCOUNT TRANSFER - SECURITIES AND CASH
1. What you need to complete the Account Transfer Form
Wachovia Securities account number into which the funds will be transferred
Account number(s) from which you are transferring funds
Copy of your account statement from your current firm dated within 90 days
A Letter of Authorization may also be required if you are transferring between accounts with different account ownership
2. Once you’ve completed the Account Transfer Form
Send a printed copy of the completed form with your recent account statement and Letter of Authorization (if applicable) to:

3. What to expect after submitting your Account Transfer Form
A full account transfer takes 7 to 10 business days for most stocks, bonds, and mutual funds held by a brokerage firm. Partial transfers and transfers involving mutual funds held directly with the fund company can take up to 20 business days. To check the status of your transfer, contact your Financial Advisor or Wachovia Securities Direct representative.
