SEND A SECURE MESSAGE
When you need to send Wachovia an email containing sensitive account information, please use our Secure Message service.
You can send a secure message to our Online Services representatives 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To send or view a secure message:
- From the wachovia.com home page, enter your User ID and Password to login into Online Banking.
- Click the Customer Service tab on the menu above the My Accounts section. The Service Center page will display.
- Click Secure Messages on the menu under the Customer Service tab. Your Inbox will be displayed.
- Click the Send Message link located on the left side of the page under Secure Email. The Send Message page will display.
- You may select a subject, category, and topic for your message. Enter your question or comment and click Send.
- An Online Services representative will respond to your message. You will be notified at your email address that you have a secure message from Wachovia and need to login to Online Banking to view it.
