REVIEW RECENT TRANSACTIONS


Up to 30 total transactions can be provided through the Automated Voice Service. Personal account transactions are provided in groups of five. Business (commercial) account transactions are provided in groups of 10.

Transactions are listed from the most current, the most previous, and the second most previous statement cycles depending on the total number of transactions.

Use the steps below for instructions on reviewing recent account transactions.

Step 1: Access Your Account

  1. Dial the Customer Service phone number.
  2. Enter or say your account number or Customer Access Number.
  3. Enter or say the last (4) digits of your Social Security Number, Tax ID, or Personal Identification Number.
  4. Enter or say the last four (4) digits of the account number you would like to work with.

Step 2: Review Recent Transactions

Option Instructions
Voice
  1. Say "Recent Transactions."
  2. Stay on the line for all transactions, or say "Narrow My Search" to choose a specific category.
Touch-tone
  1. After your balance information is provided, press 2.
  2. Stay on the line for all transactions, or press * to choose a specific category.

Note: If you choose to narrow your search, specific options, including checks, deposits, withdrawals, Check Card purchases, and overdrafts, will be provided. Within Deposits and Withdrawals, you can narrow your search further to items such as Automatic Deposits. Simply follow the prompts to choose the category you need.
