After dialing the Customer Service phone number, use the steps below for instructions on opening a new account or applying for a loan.

Option Instructions
Voice
At the main menu, say "Open a New Account" or "Apply for a Loan."
Stay on the line to be transferred to a Financial Specialist who will be available to assist you with opening a new account or loan.
Touch-tone
At the main menu, press 2 for New Accounts and Loans (Business customers should choose option 3 when calling (800-566-3862).
