USING THE SYSTEM
When using the Automated Voice Service, multiple options are available for managing your account(s), including:

Security and Confidentiality
You can interchangeably use voice service and touch-tone features; however, the system encourages use of the telephone keypad to enter confidential information such as an account number, Social Security Number, or Personal Identification Number (PIN).
To ensure the security, during a PIN change transaction, you are required to key in information using the telephone keypad. Voice service features cannot be used when changing a PIN.
