Simply indicate the accounts for which you'd like to receive balance alerts, and we'll do the rest. Choose between two alert options:
- Daily Balance Alerts – receive your account balance information at the beginning of each business day.
- Threshold Alerts – receive notice when your account balance falls above or below the amount you set.
Get Alerts Today
Already enrolled in Online Banking? You already have access to Balance Alerts. Simply:
- Log in to Online Banking at wachovia.com.
- Go to the Customer Service tab.
- Click the Alerts and Subscriptions link and follow the instructions.
Not enrolled in Online Banking?
Enroll in Online Banking with BillPay today to conveniently manage your account balance. Once enrolled, follow the instructions in the "Get Alerts Today" section to begin receiving alerts.
