Manage your business spending more efficiently with Visa Information Source Select. Visa Information Source Select is a free reporting service that tracks your Business Check Card expenditures and delivers useful reports by email on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Visa Information Source Select helps your business:

• Get historical reporting for up to 25 months

Receive any combination of five standard reports.
Visa Information Source Select offers five reports that summarize your card expenses by categories: Business Services, Materials and Supplies, General Merchandise, Travel, Lodging, Meals and Entertainment, Vehicle, and Cash Advances. Select from among the following reports:

• Cardholder Summary—Covers total spending for each registered card by calendar month.
• Cardholder Detail—Displays details of every purchase for each registered card, including date, amount, merchant, and location.
• Company Summary—Summarizes combined spending for all registered cards by calendar month.
• Spending Summary—Covers card spending at specific types of merchants, including period and year-to-date totals plus average monthly spending.
• Spending Detail—Provides information about card use at each merchant, including period and year-to-date totals plus average monthly spending.

Security measures in place.
For privacy, your complete account number never appears in email reports, only a masked portion of it. Your account information is kept in a secure database, and the Visa Information Source Select site is User ID and Password protected.

To sign up for Visa Information Source Select, you need a Wachovia Business Check Card. It only takes a few minutes to complete these four easy steps:

1. Enter the requested information.
2. Register your card or cards.
3. Choose your reports, formats and frequency.
4. Create a list of recipients for each report.
