What is Wachovia One Stop?

One Stop is a service that collects and summarizes personal online account information from other sites you access on the Internet. It gives you the ability to manage your Wachovia and non-Wachovia financial accounts, email, rewards, and mileage programs simply by accessing one site.

What type of accounts can I add to Wachovia One Stop?

One Stop currently offers access to thousands of sites, with more sites added periodically. The types of sites you can access include financial, news and information, travel, communication, and shopping. At this time, One Stop is only able to gather information that you access on the Internet.

How does One Stop work?

Using One Stop is easy. Once you've registered for the service, you simply click Add a New Account and enter the information you use to access the online accounts you choose.

How do I sign up for One Stop?

Signing up for One Stop is easy.

If you are a Wachovia Securities Online Brokerage client:

  1. Log in at wachovia.com
  2. Select the Brokerage tab.
  3. Click the Go to One Stop link on the bottom of the "Account Summary" page and follow the instructions.

If you are a current Wealth Management client :

  1. Log in to Online Banking at wachovia.com.
  2. Click the One Stop Enroll link on the bottom of the "My Accounts" page and follow the instructions.

How do I add my accounts to Wachovia One Stop?

After you have enrolled for Wachovia One Stop, you can add your accounts by clicking on Add Account. To add a bank account, click on the banking subcategory. To add a brokerage account, click on the investments subcategory. Please note that if you have a CAP Asset Management Account, you will have to go to both the banking and investments subcategories to add the banking and brokerage parts of your CAP relationship.

  • Click on the Add Selected Accounts button.
  • Then select the bank where the accounts are located and click on the Add and Continue button.
  • You will then return to the Add Accounts page where you will see the bank name listed in the Accounts Selected box on the left-hand side of the page. Click on Add All Accounts Now.
  • You will then need to enter your access codes for the bank you selected. Once your accounts are verified, a confirmation that your account(s) was added will display.
  • Click Continue to return to the One Stop home page.
