CONSTRUCTION LIEN WAIVERS

Construction contractors and sub-contractors for Wachovia are required to provide invoices itemizing their products, services and the payment due.

For services that are improvements to real property, partial lien waivers must accompany all invoices exceeding $25,000. A final lien waiver is due prior to final payment.
