Our selection assessments not only allow us to make objective hiring decisions, but they’ve also been statistically proven to predict on-the-job performance. Depending on the position you are seeking, you may take one or more tests that assess your ability to:
Wachovia administers assessments in a controlled, proctored environment as well as an unproctored environment depending on the type of information we are assessing for. Our most common form of assessment is a computer-based assessment; however, writing exercises, job simulations, and, written tests may also be administered. You will be provided detailed instructions on how to take the assessment and given the appropriate tools (paper, pencil, answer sheets, etc.) to complete the assessment if needed.
