The new facility, less than a mile away from the present offices, is located directly across from the main entrance of the SouthPark Mall. A 6,000-square-foot, full-service branch with a drive-up ATM will be located on the first floor. In addition to retail banking, the new SouthPark building will house other key Wachovia departments, including residential Mortgage, Trust, Insurance, Asset Management and Private Financial Advisors, who provide wealth management solutions.

Eleven IJL Wachovia Financial Consultants also will offer retail brokerage services from offices in the new SouthPark facility.
