Wachovia Leaders to Attend Felaban Conference Charlotte, NC— Wachovia announced today its participation in the Latin American Federation of Banks' annual Felaban conference, Latin America's premier banking event, Nov. 12-14 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
