"Silas Technologies has a knowledge of high-volume, back-office workflow technology developed within Wachovia. Linking our practical expertise and operational solutions with the innovative approach and financial services industry focus of the Relationship Management System can create a next-generation Corporate Customer Relationship Management (C2RM) platform," says Christopher K. Because of its extensive financial services focus, FMR is able to deliver solutions designed specifically for financial market segments and offer highly qualified personnel who understand the financial services industry, while delivering value-added custom solutions at a standard product price and accelerated timeframe. Silas Technologies’ initial offerings include enterprise transaction/check image archiving, operational workflow/process consulting and application management technologies. The Silas Technologies Document Processing Consulting practice provides consulting services based on extensive business operations knowledge and complex process experience. As a result of this relationship, Silas Technologies extends its foundation of sound, practical and efficient solutions to include a new application delivery model for corporate banking customer relationship management.
