Wachovia Will Release 3rd Quarter 2007 Earnings October 19

CHARLOTTE, N.C.—Wachovia will release its third quarter 2007 earnings results on Friday, October 19. Wachovia CEO Ken Thompson and CFO Tom Wurtz will review Wachovia's third quarter results via teleconference and live audio webcast beginning at 10:00am Eastern Time. This proposed acquisition is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2007, pending the approval of A.G. Edwards shareholders and applicable regulatory approvals.
