CAMPUS INTERVIEW PROCESS

Wachovia's Campus Recruiting process consists of two rounds of interviews. First round interviews are either held in person on the campuses we visit or via conference call for those students who apply online. Successful candidates from each process receive invitations to visit a Wachovia office for their final interview. 

While each program adjusts their process to meet the needs of their line of business and candidates, all of our second round interviews include:

• An opportunity to meet potential team mates and managers in a social setting
• A session with Recruiting representatives to ensure your comfort and understanding of the interview process
• Between four and eight interview sessions lasting 30 to 45 minutes each

Because we believe that past performance predicts future performance all of Wachovia's interviews are behavioral based assessments. 

Wachovia's interview process allows you to experience Wachovia and determine if a program is the best fit for you.
