Wachovia's Treasury Services Division Hires Jinda Branch Ahdieh

Charlotte, N.C. - Wachovia announced that Jinda Branch Ahdieh has joined the Treasury Services Division's Industry Positioning & Promotions (IP&P) group as a Senior Marketing and Communications Consultant. Ahdieh will report to Catherine Bates, senior vice president and marketing manager in IP&P, and she will be based in Charlotte.

"Jinda brings valuable experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to our group, and I know her unique blend of talents in project management, communications and marketing will make her a valuable member of our team," Bates said.

Ahdieh will focus on managing external communications projects and processes for the Treasury Services Division and will support the development and implementation of the Division's product- segment- and industry-based marketing initiatives.

Before joining Wachovia, Ahdieh was a senior consultant with Accenture working on projects within the financial services industry. Ahdieh earned her BS in textile management, a BA in Spanish Language and Literature, and a BA in Multidisciplinary/Latin American Studies from North Carolina State University.

Industry Positioning & Promotions

Wachovia's Industry Positioning & Promotions group manages the Treasury Services Division's communications and marketing activities, brand positioning, industry-related events and client advisory boards to continually promote the company's position as a leader in the cash management industry. Additionally, IP&P handles the development and delivery of sales tools and other fulfillment resources through the division's Intranet channel.
