The new leadership roles within Wachovia Capital Finance (WCF) will report directly to Bill Davis and will focus on both business development and portfolio management for their areas.
Andrew Robin, managing director, is WCF's Northern U.S. Region executive, responsible primarily for the Northeastern geography in the U.S.
Holly Kaczmarczyk, managing director, is WCF's Southern U.S. Region executive, responsible primarily for the Southeastern U.S. region.
Brad Whitcomb, managing director, is WCF's Western U.S. Region executive, responsible for Central, Midwest and West Coast regions in the U.S.
Leo Leitner, managing director, is WCF's Corporate and Investment Banking executive responsible primarily for clients within investment banking, financial sponsors groups, leveraged finance and other national restructuring firms.
Wayne Ehgoetz, managing director and president of Wachovia Capital Finance Canada, will continue in this role and also focus on international expansion efforts.
Also reporting to Bill Davis are Barry Bobrow, Underwriting and Syndication executive, and Mark Fagnani, chief credit executive.
