Ockerbloom joins Wachovia Securities after nine years at Banc of America Securities LLC (BAS) where he was a managing director in the Global Investment Banking Group's Real Estate Investment Banking practice. Prior to joining the Real Estate Investment Banking Group in 2000, Ockerbloom served in the firm's Corporate Real Estate Advisory Group. He also worked in the firm's CMBS division in a client management capacity and, before that, served as counsel to the Group.
Prior to BAS, Ockerbloom practiced securities and real estate law, and was most recently with the Boston firm of Sherburne, Powers & Needham (now Holland and Knight LLP).
