Innovative Water Technologies - Low flow and sensor enabled fixtures will use 44% less water than a conventionally designed branch
Enhanced Human Health And Employee Productivity - Low toxicity finishes throughout space

- Indoor Air Quality meets stringent standards and prevents tobacco smoke in and around building
Encouraging Environmentally Friendly Transportation - Preferred parking for low emitting fuel efficient cars and carpools
- Easy access to mass transportation options
- Easy access to several basic services within ½ mile
Closed Loop Processes - Implementing an employee recycling program for plastic, glass and aluminum and improving the paper recycling program
- Using waste management plans to divert construction waste from landfills
- Using building products with recycled content, such as metals, sheetrock, carpet, and furniture
