REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

On a quarterly basis, suppliers must report to the Supplier Diversity Group total dollars invoiced by and paid to Minority/Women Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) as Second Tier Suppliers. Dollars spent with subcontractors for non-Wachovia related contracts should not be reported to the Supplier Diversity Group. 

Second Tier Reporting Guidelines

Wachovia vendors must:

• Complete and return a Second Tier Reporting Form by the tenth day of the calendar month following each quarter end.
• Report subcontracting spent with M/WBEs associated with Wachovia contracts only.
• Provide the Supplier Diversity Group copies of subcontractors’ official Minority/Women-Owned Business certification documentation.
