First Union Underwrites Award for Excellence in Treasury Management
Once again, First Union National Bank demonstrates its commitment
The bank's Cash Management Division and the Capital Markets Group have combined resources to
underwrite the 1997 Alexander Hamilton Awards for Excellence in Treasury Management.
On October 9-10, 1997, Treasury & Risk Management magazine and the National Association of Corporate Treasurers will sponsor the 2nd annual awards program at the Sofitel Hotel in Chicago, IL. Corporate treasurers from America's Fortune 100 will be recognized for achievements in Cash Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Risk Management, Insurance, Investor-Relations, Retirement Plans, and Technology. First Union, as the primary underwriter, will co-host the awards reception, present the award for Overall Excellence and host a "Winners Breakfast" the following morning. First Union is proud to be affiliated with CFO Publishing and the National Association of Corporate Treasurers to promote excellence in the treasury profession.
