From the wachovia.com home page, enter your User ID and Password to log into Online Banking.
Select the Customer Service tab.
Click Change Email Address under the My Profile section.
Select the email address you would like to change by clicking on Edit. Or you may click on Delete to remove the email address from your list of email addresses.
Enter the new email address, indicate if it is your primary address, and select which format you would like to receive email.
Click Next.
You will be presented with a verification page so you may review your changes. If the changes are correct, click Submit.
