Change Your PIN

Use the table below for instructions on changing your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Note: You will need a Customer Access Number in order to change your PIN. If you do not have one, press 0 at any time and a Representative will be glad to assist you. For your protection, changing your PIN can only be made using your touch-tone telephone keypad.

Step 1: Access Your Account

  1. Dial the Customer Service phone number.
  2. Enter your Customer Access Number.
  3. Enter your current four (4) digit PIN.

Step 2: Change Your PIN
