Transfer Funds

Use the steps below for instructions on transferring funds from one account to another.

Note: To transfer funds, you will need to enter a Customer Access Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you started your call with an account number, when you choose transfer funds, the system will ask you for your Customer Access Number. If you do not have one, press 0 at any time and a Representative will be glad to assist you.

Step 1: Access Your Account

  1. Dial the Customer Service phone number.
  2. Enter or say your account number or Customer Access Number.
  3. Enter or say the last (4) digits of your Social Security Number, Tax ID, or Personal Identification Number.
  4. Enter or say the last four (4) digits of the account number you would like to work with.

Step 2: Transfer Funds

This table shows how to transfer funds from one account to another through the Automated Voice Service.
