Check a Balance

Use the steps below for instructions on checking an available account balance.

Step 1: Access Your Account

  1. Dial the Customer Service phone number.
  2. Enter or say your account number or Customer Access Number.
  3. Enter or say the last (4) digits of your Social Security Number, Tax ID, or Personal Identification Number, or Zip Code.
  4. If logging in with your Customer Access Number, enter or say the last four (4) digits of the account number you would like to work with.

Step 2: Stay On the Line for Your Balance

After entering or choosing the account you would like to work with, you will automatically hear your balance.

The information provided is current as of the time you call. If, for some reason, we are unable to provide the most current balance, you will hear the effective date of the information we provide.

In addition to automatically hearing your balance, if you have recently overdrawn your account or if you have any deposit holds on your account, you will hear this information as well.

Note: Say "Balance" at any menu to hear your balance again during your call.
